RETURN POLICY
Items that qualify for a return
- NON-PERSONALIZED ITEMS :
Items that have not been engraved/personalized/customized in any way may be returned within 7 business days from time of delivery per tracking confirmation. Item(s) being returned must be in new, unused, and original condition with original packaging. A full refund minus original shipping costs will be issued once the item(s) has been received and inspected. Return shipping is buyer's responsibility.

- DAMAGED ITEMS :
Items that are damaged during transit must be reported within 48 hours from time of delivery per tracking confirmation. Please include 1-2 detailed photos of the damaged item(s) when contacting us.
A pre-paid shipping label will be provided for the return of damaged item(s) and upon receipt of your return, we will ship a replacement.

- ERRORS :
Items with an error on the part of WoodChroNos such as:
-- Engraving errors
-- Wrong item sent
Please contact us within 7 days if there is an error with your order.


Items that do not qualify for a return
- PERSONALIZED ITEMS :
Items that have been engraved/personalized/customized in any way are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
Please include your order number in all communications concerning returns so that we can expedite the process.
